Such an attractive scene. I would be drawn to it if only for the lovely flowers growing in the water wheel. We have an Inn in Stockbridge, MA (home of Norman Rockwell) called the Red Lion Inn.

I missed out on the original "Golden Lion", Richie. I guess something was wrong, but this Golden Lion looks like a warm spot to down a few. I can't get over the charm in your area of the world. Except for a few Spanish Missions, nothing architectural around here is very old or very charming. For some reason I'm expecting to see cobblestone streets, but the asphalt works well.
