Such a close up, very well detailed with good color. That lens for being a cheapo seems to do a great job. Tigs♥ =^..^=

Nice shot, you captured that iridescent blue well. Nice dof and good job on getting the grass cut!

ps Hey R, remember it's not the cost of the lens it's what you're able to do with it. Like what you've done here. (Your cheapo lens cost more than my camera) ;)

Wasn't Cheapo one of the unknown Marx Brothers or was he just a Marxist? I'm not sure.
Contrasts are really good Count B.

It is'nt that mad, Richie. Think your grass was too long. Now it has a better admittance to the worms, lol.

Razorblade sharp image!

Your shot captures him well. I have a tendency to filter crows out. They serve a wonderful function, but I don't have to like them, right? Your shot rightly captures an elegance and dignity and beauty that is there whether we notice it or not. Fine shot. But I still don't want him in my favorites. Sigh.

Got the bird so clearly and the grass is all a blur. Good focusing, Richie.

Richie...

Your shot looks a lot like this. The only real differences are that yours is well focused, a better composition and has better colors. Also yours cries, "Caw caw" with a silly British accent.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
