Richie, think that it was once a solid state one. When not maintained/refurbished properly it will lost its 'charm' and 'dignity' and it will become a real ruin indeed.

Another good one in this (small?) series.

Excellent capture and composition, wonderful sky. Boy that staircase going up to the very top would be a little dangerous but of course back then they didn't think of things like that, just a fast way to the top for protection
