The feather detail, upon close-up, is very sharp. Almost too sharp for my liking. But it's fabulous that you caught those water droplets beading on her plumage!

One can buy the most expensive camera body and lens, but without a keen eye, every image won't offer a good result. You're not dealing with this problem, Richie, because you've them all!

Lens looks great to me but I am a Nikor person myself but also have a Canon. Details came out well.
