I took a drive down some rural roads today and this little scene struck me as really pretty. I hope you all enjoy it.

Yes, it's pretty, with wonderful colors. Autumn is here.

I'm not sure if I like the post and barbed wire. Lovely shot otherwise though!

So what rural roads are you frequenting these days BTK? Last I knew it was Ark. Nice shot but I don't think you needed the fence or the grasses in front. That bush and the sky looks like it would have been a beauty all by itself. Guess I shouldn't say bush on election day.

Good post

Truly a beautiful day. I am afraid that I have to go with
Joey and Tick on the post though.

I gotta go with the others... the fence and out of focus grass are distracting. I really want to see more of the pretty, orange bush... shrub... ;-))

The fence and grass in front definitely take away from this shot. Could use a little more saturation and tone down the brightness a tad. Was this taken from a moving car? If so, stop and get out next time.

Billy this is a fabulous shot you have here. I don't mind the brightness of this, it looks kind of dreamy to me. Love the way you put that wonderful tree in the middle. Great colours and scene.

Hey, BTK, nice work here. I'm with Joey /\ above, not to sure about the post and the barbed wire, I think the it may distract a bit from the scene. I'll disagree with though, and go my own way, I like the tall grass blowing in the front, I think the scene would be rather mundane without it. Did you shoot this midday by chance? Seems to be a very bright sun...I betthis show early in the morning or closer to sunset would really pop!

This is a lovely post. Nice Autumn colours but I agree that the fence and grasses in the foreground are distracting.
