This was taken by the St. Croix river a few years ago on the Minnisota side. I thought it a fitting post since it is fall and all the leaves have allready blown off of the trees in Oklahoma. I hope you enjoy it.

Beautiful day Billy. Is this near where the shot with
the post was taken. The treeline looks very similar.

Interesting sepia tones on the shot or a warming filter? Nice Scan!

It is a good scan BTK. I need one of those. I like the looks of this with the colors and angle.

Nice post.

Very interesting capture Billy and also it's sad, because you know what is coming next. Great clarity & colours of the late fall scene.

Sepia tones or bright sunlight? Kind of hard to tell. The composition is good, but the lower left is somewhat blown out and the trees themselves lack contrast. If it is a sepia tone then the effect came through as intended, if not, imho, it could use some tweaking on the colors.

It looks like all the boats have been put up high and dry for the winter... same around here. I always thought they looked sort of like beached whales... ;-)) I like the blue against the fall colors.
