These cleats were lined up the shore of the river in Cape Girardeau. I thought the name spoke of the feeling I got when I looked at them.

It has an abstract feel to it BTK. Are they used to tie up boats? They would need a lot of strength to do that. Interesting and different.

it looks like they're large and strong enough to tie up a very large boat... never seen one so big in fact.
