This old fence is in Utah keeping the ranchers cattle out of the highway. I know barbed wire is a nessasary evil but I sure would have liked to see this land before highways and boundries.

I agree BTK. I like the angle you used on this one. We call that being down in the draw. I suspect the main highway is close. Isn't it amazing how a shot jumps out at you while traveling at 70 mph? I think this was one. Glad you turned around.

I also agree Billy,it's too beautiful to have boundries. Like this shot a lot,it really captures the rugged terrain of Utah. What a feeling of freedom and space! Thanks for sharing.

I'm half expecting Marion Morrison to come swaggering into frame by that gate. Well, I'm gonna mosey along now.

Good shot and fine narrative Billy. Yes indeed, before the highways and boundries would have been awesome.

Hello Billy....The angle of this shot highlights the boundry fence against the sky and it is very clever on your part....In the Highlands of Scotland the deer and the sheep are allowed to wonder free,no boundries and I like that.....Well done Billy....All the best to you....Mick.
