What western town could survive without a good blacksmity. They did more than shoeing horses. They made every kind of tool imaginable and thats where you took your wagon wheels to be fixed.
Fine shot Billy. Well we had some fun at the saloon, got tossed in jail, then went to the bank to get some cash. Now I guess it is time to get back to work and fix some wagon wheels and shoe some horses. Enjoying this series, as you can tell. :o)
Makes me nostalgic for a place I've never been... Oh yes, the town blacksmith was a very busy person and a very handy one to have around. Great image!

Makes me nostalgic too! Reminds me of my grandfather's barn. He had three. One had every old rustic thing you could think of. Including that anvil! Thank you for sharing it.
