Billy, does me remind to the Eddy Arnold song 'Carry me Back to the Lone Prairie':
I'm a roving cowboy far away from home
Far from the prairie where I used to roam
Where the doggies wander and the wind blows free
Thought my heart is yonder on the lone prairie
Oh carry me back to the lone prairie
Where the coyotes howl and the wind blows free
And when I die you can bury me
Neath the western skies on the lone prairie
So if I vote on your image you're likely to receive a 10/10. Why? Because every capture of life around us or artificial generation of color and lines is unique and special.______________ POST
Well Billy, I'm giving you feedback for all three of your Prarie shots at once. Great work! Love 'em all and find myself whistling the old "I was born under a wandering star..." Fantastic sense of space. Bravo Billy!
I love this... To me it's beautiful and somehow haunting... My ancestors went west in the 1840's, and though they settled a claim far to the north in Dakota Territory near Fargo, it's still the prairie.
