We were celebrating my 50th birthday Sun. when my dad passed on a pocket watch that my Granddad had owned and given to my dad when he was younger. I knew it was something special when my father was tearing up when I picked up the simple bag it was in. I have seen my father cry twice in my life now. The other time was the night before I left for bootcamp. He could not have given me a million dollars and meant anything more to me than that simple family treasure.

You don't teach that kind of respect BTK. You earn it. So nice to see. I will cry right along with you and your dad. What a wonderful thing for your father to do.

Hey, I started to tear up as I read your narrative... The look on your father's face tells it all. Such a beautiful image, and so many thanks for posting it.
