This is another river that runs through Steamboat Springs. It has a walking path that runs beside it. I took this the day it was so foggy. I hope you enjoy it and thankyou for your comments.
First of all, Billy, the horizon looks perfectly horizontal. :-)
Additionally, you've done a wonderful job with the cloned in sky. :-)
Seriously, I love the colors, the clarity and focus, the rushing water and those gorgeous trees. The only thing that bothers me about this shot are the gonads. Whoever decided to call this little mountain stream the Elk River had gonads the size of grapefruit. The Mississippi and the Amazon are rivers. This is a medium sized trickle.
But that's not your fault. You've done a superlative job of capturing the natural beauty of Gonad Creek.
This is almost the same river we have in the place where I was born and we call it a river. We love it very much. And I love this river, too. I love the big rocks and the trees around. The water is so clear and beautiful. Great shot, my friend.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
