I took this photo while we waited for our food at the River City Cafe in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. It's a fun place where you can sit outside, gaze at the ocean, and throw your peanut shells on the floor. I added some "poster edges" in Photoshop just to give it a little bit of a surreal quality.

I like this photo a lot, but I really kinda wish there were people there..enjoying chatting and looking at the sea. I think it would be more fun to see them. But in overall I do like this.I especially like the colours.

I like the effect you achieved with the manip - you made a nice image of a snapshot, I think.

Yesterday's history. Tomorrow's a mystery. Today's a gift. That's why it's called the present.

Betty, youre right- a great place to eat. I love the view you have given this- must have been taken at off season otherwise it would be full of hungry customers!

I must say, when first taking a look at this, I felt that this was a very boring, plain shot. But I'm glad that I took a better look, taking a look at its full size...I do like the illustrated/cartoon type of effect...must say that it isn't bad at all! Keep these coming!
