This shot is tougher than it looks. You've got a pretty wide dynamic range here. I like the "inside-looking-out" perspective, but that light patch on the ground is a bit overpowering (for me). Perhaps a slightly different POV from you might help a bit (ie standing where the light isn't reflecting back up at you).

I do mostly in nature shots, but like "experimental" manipulation as well. Drop by some time.
Composition, lighting and bold colours are all perfect.
