There is something very special about this image. Am not quite certain if I know what it is exactly. But I like it very very much ....
Perhaps the paved ground or the sky or the dog resting in peace ...
Altogether perfect image ...
Thanks, Chris.
fantastic perspective here Chris - you can see a long way down the road and the angle of the buildings leads your eyes into the picture - you stood in the perfect place to take this one! Patti

I'm in and out of here a lot but seem to have little time to comment. So, please know that I enjoy your work, appreciate your stopping by my gallery and hope you have a happy day ;) Anita
Thanks for bringing us to ground level, Chris. I think I remember asking that on the other shot you showed us, with which I see now you've linked us to....nope, I didn't ask. I just remarked on the people down below..had to go look ..lol...the paving looks so different now that I can see it more closely..looks like someone goes out there and waxes it !!! As has been said before me, the perspective is wonderful and this just looks like a very happy place to be..thanks again, Chris.
starring again....... but still no interesting knee-like entrances to find:)) LOL lovely picture of a ordinary day with a lot of tourists I guess who are searching for..........the knee etc etc:)) just teasing
Nice to see the street level view. But I miss the preponderance of red tile roofs. Looks like a good place to walk and shop without being run down by vehicles.
I like this. Something about the clear skies and those birds pecking at the floor reminds me of past holidays... and dreams. Would be a great place to live. You have captured it really well, put it all in perspective nicely. Well done!
