Why a new look? Because this is my first upload taken with my new Nikon D60 D-SLR. I'm still grappling with the manual, most of which I don't understand!

Don't feel bad Steve. I don't even think my manual is in English. LOL. Excellent picture. I like the colors, and the focus on the main flowers. Good work.

You'll get the hang of it soon. Good color on this, just keep a keen eye on where you want the main focus on a close-up.

Congrats Steve with your new Nikon. This image is promising for the images to come. Hope they will be at least as good (lol) as the images made with your 'old' camera. Success!
Regards, Cornelius.

Well, congrats. read that manual over and over. Tip: be sure and read all the pro photo mag reviews of this camera and also the reviews on the web. You'll learn things about your camera that are not in the manual.

Congrats on the new camera Steve - from what I've seen people do with the D60 it looks like a great piece of equipment. Certainly got good colours and DOF on this one. Welcome to the world of the DSLR! I hope you enjoy it.
