Another interior view of Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral Church of Christ, to give it its full name. This a view of the wonderful West Window (more detailed study of this window to come) and the Nave Bridge.
Looks good Steve. Are there always a lot of people sight seeing there? I like the colors you captured on the bricks. Looks like you did a good job under the conditions. I looked and I think St. Johns in NYC is the largest one you were talking about. Is that correct?
Steve,
It's a great subject you chose to photograph and your other posting was spot on. This one is not. To me, it has a slightly washed out look. The detail in the stained glass failed to show up hardly at all. I think I would have narrowed down the view as well. Picture it cropped on both sides up to the big pillars. ????? I'm not saying I am right in my judgments. This is just how I see it.

I have to agree with Pat on here comment. The detail is not a good at the first one. I like the composition though, except for the people at the bottom. I would have cropped them out.
Good attempt at this scene Steve, you got the sense of scale and the atmosphere of this building. The difficult conditions have won out somewhat here, there's a lot of noise and the colours are a bit washed-out, but I applaud you for having a go.
