This fabulous flower was on a trailing plant growing inside the Monkey House at Chester Zoo. I'm not sure what it is but it looks a bit like an Hibiscus don't you think? Anyway, have a good Friday.
Yay...I get to be the first to comment. But then, I'm not usually up at six am!!! Yuck. Steve, you might think you can't draw...but WOW..you sure can capture a very red flower! Do you know how hard it is to get the red right?!!! And look at this!!
It looks as tho it is made of velvet. The feeling is just wonderful!!! If only I could paint this!! Yet there is no way to capture this any better then you did. A Hibiscus, yes, I think so too, I drink Hibiscus tea...mmmmh...this will grace my Friday desktop...and maybe more...it is absolutely
gorgeous!! Bravo Steve...bravo..Verena
I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
You took a flower that I see everyday and made it Beatiful! like something I have not seen before. Your shot make the flower look smooth and very vibrant. Awesome Shot!

Rules are for those who always follow the rules; there are no rules in photography because this isn't a game but an art! :P -Me-
I looks like you peeled the velvet back and displayed this great stamen. Much like you would a banana. The red really looks good to me. Great post Evets.
