That's because it's a Rhododendron found in Royden Park two days ago. Rhododendron is derived from the Greek for Rose and Tree, but it's not a rose.

I don't think it is a tree either. Whoever named it originally must have been on Rhodo Dendron. It was probably developed by Eli Lilly. Good colors Caruso.
