The flags were flying at the entrance to Fort Perch Rock in "Glorious" New Brighton on New Year's Eve.

BTW would love to see the same in full daylight and on a bright sunny day, around 15:00 hrs - depending on whether the entrance faces west which would be my all means preferred. But if you cannot move the building for one reason or another [any excuse will do for a lazy person LOL], then noon time is acceptable too.
