Korean War Memorial, in Washington, D.C. in the U.S.A. Very sad reminder of what a generation of men went through fighting a war that was never finished, won, or lost. The only loses, the families of the casualties here and there.

Like warning: brief, sad, true and very tough.

You say it my friend. This is a very dramatic memorial and you made a very good shot of it. People should be forced to go there and look at it at least once in their lifetime.

Too bad it has to be caught at all, my friend, but you have, it's a sad fact of our lives, and it's part of now and has ever been part of the human condition. Excellent composition and the use of the sepia is perfect, Bryan.

This is extremely life like. I almost feel like the statues are moving. The aura of sadness leaves me reflective and wondering what the world is coming to do. Striking capture. Ashley

the statues are amazingly well done, they do leave you with a feeling of sadness as they wander through those graves, the sepia was a good choice too to create the mood, it wouldnt have worked so well in colour IMHO. good work bryan

A lovely tribute to the Korean Veterans. The statues are extremely lifelike. Luckily they don't have to worry about enemies there, only their friends. The reds, golds and orange colors do this image proud. Terrific job and a good wallpaper for patriotic holidays. Thanks Bryan, for this sad but beautifully displayed view~

I need to catch up on things so can't comment too much. But I love all of your fine images :)
