This is a southern classic. The moss in the trees hanging down, quite, out in the country atmosphere. NOTICE, one thing about this old church. The foundation that the church is sitting on is old log stumps. Yes sir, back in its day when it was built ( I'm not sure exactly when that was ) they used old tree logs to hold it up. You know, I've really enjoyed finding these old beauty's to photograph. I do hope you enjoy it!

This is very nice...it is interesting to see how they used logs to support the church. I like how the church is framed by the trees & the moss & how you give the history in your narration. Great work from you.

Great shot! I love the old church as well. Amazing the age of some of these jewels. The contrast of the doors and shutters really sets the image and compliments the green leaves and grass.
