Yet another capture from the Dale Chihuly Exhibition at the Missouri Botanical Garden. These pieces, which are called persian lilies, were in the glass ceiling of the breeze-way leading to the garden. Just imagine looking up at it.

There is nothing like Chihuly art. And you have captured that beauty very well.

Very interesting shot and great perspective. I would have cropped out a little on the left and at the bootm to get ris of any distractions, however still a beautiful shot.

This is a beautifully done photo! I love how you got the window frame in there too, the one in the background...it gives the whole thing such nice perspective. The colours in this exhibit is gorgeous! Will make a great desktop wallpaper. Thank you for such a nice shot. Its unique for sure and that's what makes it nice..Verena

What matters at this precious moment is what has always mattered: the dailiness of life. Everything significant is small and slow.

Ok then ... add in the colour contrasts with the window/ceiling framing, the textures and colour palettes of the glass pieces themselves ... now this ... this is very nice image.

Compositionally, one of the strong elements in this image ... this works well for the viewer. This one, in particular. Soft, muted colours and again, this marvelous glass ... nice.

Bright, airy ... not to sound trite here ... I think and can only imagine the impact of being able to see this firsthand. Oh wait ... yes ... yes I can imagine it ... you have provided that for us here. :o)

Really nice work ... both the image itself and the star of the image ... the glass pieces.

p.s. Forgive me for this reminder ... unless you are facing some restrictions ... to have been able to view this full screen in the larger resolutions ... would be amazing. Make no mistake though ... I do like this image. :o)
