A lovely capture of this stream bed Paul. I like the moss covering everything that isn't moving in the shot. I particularly love those trees on the right caught in that great lighting. Wonderful shot.

Paul,

I think this is a good photo & I like the scene, but I have a few critiques for you.

1. The image is nice, but to me the subject isn't quite clear. Half of the image is dominated by water, the other half by sky/treetops. I feel like my eye is left wandering a little, so I would suggest cropping some of the sky out.

2. The tonal variety in the picture is good, but I think increasing the contrast slightly (then decreasing the saturation to compensate) makes a huge difference.
