The reflections always seem to be a much deeper blue. Took this one last fall on Lacamas Lake in Camas WA.

Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.
The water is so still! A perfect reflection. I guess the sky is lighter blue because it has so much atmosphere between us and it and the water is denser. I always love the view of the sky in the water though as in this pretty image.
