Save this one - really neat. Is it a wildflower?

Hi Trixxie. Thanks. No it isn't wild. It's a cultivated variety in my garden. All my pics so far are from there.I'm not sure of the proper name but it's commonly known as a rock rose.

Hi, I am not so much into flower pics, but I find this one interesting because of the "crumpled paper" pattern. The subject is also very sharp. If your camera allows it, you should try to get the background more out of focus, so that the flower can stand out more.

Thanks Rob, thats a good idea.I might try that. May have to wait till next year though as flowers only last a day :-)
