i used to fly these in my younger more affluent days when I could afford such exotic pastimes. they are a wonderful bird and form very tight bonds with their keepers. they are also the only raptor that I know of that live and hunt in gregarious packs. (flocks sounds so lame for a bird of prey) - nicely detailed shot of a marvellous creature.

I have a pair that work the land out back. So distant that I only see underwing markings. Glad to see this view, they're gorgeous.
