Took this at Jamestown, VA. I was actually trying to capture the wooden fence. It is uniquely simple but rustic, and I like that old time look.

A little out of focus in the background, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. The simple colour scheme is effective.

If you'd like my opinion .. I would say .. kneel down a bit, this would make the fence a little more the focus of the shot instead of looking 'over' the fence .. I think the flowers are tall enough that they would still make their presence known .. and the diagonal angle works well ..

Hi Mark. I agree with Keiffer. The fence is the predominant subject, and very interesting. Think I would shoot from a lower position, and crop the top and right border, a bit.
