Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.
It's a striking image, beautifully composed. The strong colors grab the eye. Very well done. I felt a twinge of regret when I saw the boat tip at right with its reflection cropped out. I presume that was necessary due to some visual distraction you had to exclude. Still, it's a truly outstanding photo.
