The light is coming. I can see it, there, on the left. I'll lean forward and allow it to warm me. I have lost so many of my leaves but the light will surely warm me and make me strong again. Hurry light, I am getting so tired. I need some sleep.

Beautiful capture John. This looks really good in full view. Great narrative too. I hope that tree caught some sun. Nice work.

This looks like a shot I took up by the lake in October, only yours is good, mine didn't turn out so well. Great colors and lighting, and a fantastic composition. Good work, John.

Nicely done John and the narrative was very good. Should we call you Tick Jr. ? Really a nice one my friend.

This is just great...again!! I love the light you've captured here. It's a real kind, forgiving light for the remnants of Autumn that are dying in the trying!!

This has a wonderful somber beauty to it with all the intricate tree writing across the sky. Nicely done.

Excellent photo John and the narrative was outstanding. It really captured the mood. I imagine most people wish I would be as succinct as you were. Maybe I wish it too. Just an excellent job and maybe I'm John, Jr......

John, please stop stealing my personality and my own dreams ...LOL
And yes, I agree with Tick as to my dream of his being half as succinct ... LOL

To sleep, perchance to dream....of the coming of spring. I love the soft turquoise and the splash of orange in this lovely, well composed image, John.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Lovely simple and graceful image John, really enhanced by the limited colour palette. Like the new avie too. At last we see you at work!
