The Blue Moons Over Bluland

Just think of the possible romantic songs that could be written if you had four moons instead of one! If Neil Young lived on Bluland.

One of my favorite moon songs, "Neil Young - Harvest Moon."

Oh I think Neil Young saw four moons when he composed the beautiful Harvest Moon. Thanks for the link - very nostalgic.

Before I read your narrative I immediately saw music in this image - very beautiful.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Just my style John!!! Neil was incredibly gifted-as you are of course- and I loved him in Buffalo Springfield!! Check this out: B&W. Another great render for the record!!

This is really spectacular. I especially like the partial symmetry, where shapes mirror themselves but incorporate variation and texture. That gives the image an organic complexity, as though the elements were grown. An alien landscape or seascape perhaps? An ice forest? Stained glass at a madhouse? As many interpretations as people that see it I'll wager. Which is a good thing. Super job.
