She was morning, and I was night time
I one day woke up
To find her lying beside my bed
I softly said "Come take me"
For I've been lonely in need of someone
As though I'd done someone wrong somewhere
But I don't know where, I don't know where
Come lately
Neil Diamond, Play Me

Wednesday morning at five o'clock as the day begins
Silently closing her bedroom door
Leaving the note that she hoped would say more
She goes down the stairs to the kitchen clutching her handkerchief
Quietly turning the backdoor key
Stepping outside she is free
John Lennon and Paul McCartney, She's Leaving Home

Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
It's not warm when she's away
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
And she's always gone too long
Anytime she goes away
Bill Withers, Ain't No Sunshine

Ain't No Sunshine, Boney James

You couldn't visualize the title in a better way than this, John.
The result is a both beautiful and intriguing render! Kudos!

Great song choices and lyrics to accompany this moving image, John...and a terrific and well chosen combination of photo and fractal...the thought-provoking title tops it all off

Ok, then.

Here's what I had typed up.. and I guess, I had left without posting the comment during a multitasking fury of opened tabs:

There is an interesting play, on the note of DOF/perspective, between the two sides of your image here, John.

Shift your eyes/focus from one side to the other.. and the first, recedes and the other comes to the forefront.

Also of note to my eyes.. is the difference, again, between the two sides.. one sharp, detailed and the other softer.

... ...

Yep.. still here.

:o)

... ...

Transfixing piece.

+favs for me.

And..

But, of course.. thanks for sharing your creativity with us, John.
