“Will you walk into my parlour? ” said the Spider to the Fly,
“'Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy;
The way into my parlour is up a winding stair,
And I have many curious things to shew when you are there. ”
“Oh no, no, ” said the little Fly, “to ask me is in vain,
For who goes up your winding stair can ne'er come down again. ”

John, your render is an excellent visualization of Mary Howiit's poem aka poetic fable.
They (both render and poem) warn us not to blindly believe that to us promised 'mountains of gold' usually are too good to be true. A wise lesson for everyone.
Thanks for that!
Thanks also for the well-chosen music selection as an excellent complement to your post.

For me this is an exceptional work of art, the textures, originality and music provided gives us something to treasure. It somehow just comes alive for me, it takes me to another place, bravo ... favorite, of course.
