Yeah, actually I experimented with this picture doing a lot of different things and I realize that this is not nearly the best one. I think I might take this one down if I come up with one I like more.
The original was a very pretty leaf all by itself... nice fall red and yellow color. But we'll see...
I know this now. Every man gives his life for what he believes. Every woman gives her life for what she believes. Sometimes people believe in little or nothing yet they give their lives to that little or nothing. One life is all we have and we live it as we believe in living it. And then it is gone. But to sacrifice what you are and live without belief, that's more terrible than dying.
Joan of Arc
So alive! One expects the leaf to begin stretching, breathing, speaking. This one goes right next to that nifty Midnight Fern of a few days past. Thank you.
maximus, maximus, maximus. they call for you.
the genral who became a slave,
the slave who became a gladiator.
the gladiator who defied an emporer.
striking story, but now the people want to know how the story ends.- taken from 'gladiator' spoken by 'commodus'
This is so beautiful! LOVE the colour of course...I wish I could do this..and I WILL one day.it looks like a frozen leaf, but instead of white or clear or green, its blue..and that makes it just gorgeous! VERY NICE
