Took this tonight at dinner downtown: The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, located in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts, honors players who have shown exceptional skill at basketball, all-time great coaches, referees, and other major contributors to the game. It is separate from the Naismith Museum & Basketball Hall of Fame in Almonte, Ontario. Six entire teams have been inducted—Naismith's First Team, the Buffalo Germans, the New York Renaissance, the Original Celtics, the Harlem Globetrotters, and most recently the 1966 Texas Western team.[1] The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame's mission preserves and promotes the game at all levels and serves as basketball's ultimate library of history.

Thanks for the info. The building is certainly an interesting shape. The focus is a bit blurred, but it's hard to take clear pics at night. I can't even begin to do it without a tripod.

Now you've got me wondering why there are two basketball halls of fame. My knowledge of the sport is obviously missing the hoop!

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

This is a composition worth photographing but I wish the image had some more clarity. I think with night shots, as PJ points out, it's best to employ a tripod.

Agree with both comments above. Would make a wonderful composition with a bit more clarity.
