I like the look of this. However, I agree with Russ in that I'd go less intense on the blue and the blue on the left eye in the photo shows on the lid as well. Not sure if you can change it though. Overall, a pleasing shot.

Couple of thoughts to share on the composition though - the subject is very sensually suggestive (as in ~ what would you [the viewer] be doing if you had the same position/view as the lens?).
However, if sensuality was the aim, then the 'blue' does not match the 'mood', resulting something akin to a proverbial bucket of chilly cold water being dumped over your head.

I agree with jdinvictoria's viewpoint. Personally, I like the blue. It adds a mysterious look.

Can you paint with all the colors of the wind.
Nice perspective,,ha. I think that the blue eyes work well into this.
