A very nice shot, great DOF. The berry and branch really stand out. Great shot & welcome to Caedes. I look forward to seeing more of your stuff.

I live in apple and soft fruit country and they do this on purpose during a cold snap. The ice actually produces enough heat to preserve the buds. Nice photo by the way.

the background is too busy for my likings, but it is an interesting photo.

nice one. Looks delicious. People in my family are fond of freezing grapes and blueberries and eating them as a snack. I do kinda agree with the post about the background being on the busy side. I imagine it was an overcast day, but it would have been cool to see the frozen branch against a blue sky, or gray if that's what one happens to have. Great Shot anyway.

This is a beautiful photo. I like the background because all the prickly sparkles of the tiny icesickles support the photo -- it reminds us of the bigger picture of the ice storm itself. The cold ice makes such a wonderful contrast to this pretty, plump berry frozen in time.

Great image. I love how to ice almost doesn't look like it. It almost seems as if it is water suspended around the branch and berry. Nicely done.

I’ve never seen anything quite like it before. It makes a very interesting wallpaper. I imagine the trees would have suffered from this ice storm?

That is so cool how it traps the colours inside the ice wow.
