I have recently taken up Hula Hooping as a hobby. One thing I have discovered (other than that there are many more things to do with a Hula Hoop than whirl it around one's waist), is that it is very difficult to take a good picture of someone hooping. I'd like to post several pictures of my teacher, Spiral, performing at a local festival. Please give me any feedback, tips or tricks that you can think of that will help me improve my shots. Thanks, Patricia PS I include this pic first because I love the visible musculature on spiral's back.
