Good capture, You must have been going somewhere nice!....agree as above...try and use a clone tool...this would get rid of all those 'blemishes'..otherwise..an appealing lovely blue sky.........

Wonderful capture of the sky! The different shades of blue with the white clouds are pleasant to look at. I agree with the above to rework it to rid the little spots; but, it is still a spectacular shot.

If you wish to remove the spots, search the Internet with the phrase
"How to use the clone stamp tool"
Blue Skies had much more of them before utilizing the tool.
