What a lovely flower! My thumb is nowhere near green, unfortunately, but I can appreciate the beauty.

Oh Yes...this one is a keeper. I love the clarity (and, of course, the beautiful subject). There are other things about this pic I really like also...first is the bright (but not sunny) sky...which goes with the water drops. I can believe the weather is just clearing up after a rain (which I have trouble doing with water drops on a flower against bright blue). And I like the offset of the flower head and the contrast that corner of plain, plain sky makes with the veins and curled petals.

I painted the trim on my house Iris Flag. Now I see where that purple came from. What a beaftiful Flower. You made a great capture here.
