Suggestion ...
Add in the make and model of your camera on your image's accompanying narratives. Provides a leaping off point towards the ends of giving you some more tips and advice. The techie stuff, you know? As but one possibility.
And on that note, the background here is not adding much value ... as they say. A nicer 'bokeh' or blurred background would serve to bring more attention to your real focal star. That of the bloom. So ...
Go here for a read on f-stops and DOF. (Hopefully, your camera has some manual settings and functionalities. My apologies if you have indeed included your camera information somewheres.)
The colour is quite good and natural, the only real caveats I would have (in my humble opinion, of course) is that of the mentioned background ... and if you cannot manually adjust things ... then, look at your composition more so.
Perhaps, simply moving in closer and taking a 'macro' ('fill the frame' kind of, sort of ... thing) might work towards what seems to be your stated and artistic intention. That of ... showing off this beauty. :o)
