I am afraid there is too much happening here to commend it. the subject is the windmill, but the other objects conflict with it too much. Also very bright so colouring is either gone or oversaturated............sorry!

I would agree with the comment above me. It's too bad that tree is in the way, and the white balance is a bit strong. Must be a mid day shot? Try to shoot in the morning or late afternoon to get away from all that light. Hope this helps..
