Off the designated walking trail are many dusty little paths that snake their way to different spots along the James...this is where one lead me to. :)

A good example of light and shade on the leaves and undergrowth, a well composed shot, good colours, looks a lovely spot to rest under the tree overlooking the river. Very relaxing.

This is stunning and that's putting it mildly. What a spot in the shade. You make me feel like I am right there under it. The way those upper leaves catch the sunshine is superb. The raindrops on the water add a touch of pure class. This is gorgeous.
