What a unique picture. The antique coloring used and great manipulation done. Very original work. High marks from me Cindy.

Nice job, Cindy! I love the watercolor look to it that reminds me of Cezanne or Monet, and the fashion which looks a bit turn-of-the-century with the watercolor look. The fact that the clearest word is "Paris" reinforces the mood even better, and the black and white is a good way to cap it off.

wow... what an elegant dress but who fits into it except Arielle the mermaid. Well.... I think todays women (and men too...) are glad to know that there are stretch garments availabale. I really appreciate it when my trousers still fit after having lunch ;-)) But coming back to your picture, this is a very creative image, Cindy, and your use of colors and filters are just excellent. The name Paris means "haute cotoure", unique and different styles which are sometimes far ahead of time - your picture expresses all this very well, high marks from me !!!
