first of all, i've missed you! glad you're back. the lighting is really good. i like the way it emphasizes the well focused petals. have you done a little color manipulation? nice work. jen (off to richmond on thursday camera in hand)

This is a very interesting treatment of these flowers. Your choice of lighting and color have created a ghostly effect. Very unusual.

I was wondering the same thing as others...did you manipulate in any way? The petals have such a magical glow that definitely looks 'lunar'.

Its funny, whenever I go in to fix my images, I always stay away from using cool colors to show a warm-colored thing. You have done it really well here though. The blue hue of the dandelions doesnt bother me the least bit, which makes me think that maybe I should be trying to do that more often. Good work. You are talented.
