"Acknowledge yourself for how far you have come, instead of how far you think you have to go." I'm always happy to see you at My Gallery. I appreciate all of you. Thanks, Anita
The lighting in this is fantastic and what a summer scene. I can just picture myself walking through that pasture. Beautiful capture and a good eye for putting together a pretty picture.

For me, this is a quintessential picture of a late summer's day..The warmth is so well portrayed here, that if I take a deep breath I can smell that heavy, hot straw-like scent that only comes after a season of growing hay and cuttings and regrowth, then the gradual slowing down so that you at last come to a scene with this soft focus of memories of the summer just passing and the heavy greens of the trees in their final verdant display before Nature takes out her pallet and begins to paint each leaf with the dazzling display of Autumn. The softer late summer light brings with it the last glimpses of that final show and sparkle of the tree's leaves as I look to the left in this post and naturally blurs the grasses that are slowing down in their growth as the strength of the sun's rays begin to diminish. I can imagine myself leaning on this wooden fence and reaching down to pick a tall piece of grass, sticking it in my mouth and tasting that last sweet drop of summer as I inhale deeply and let the focus of my eye go as I gaze on the last glory of the summer meadows and let it bring with it solace. :)PJ

A purrrfect world is what we all want, but, seems too unobtainable. If I've viewed and commented on your post, and you liked my remarks then NO THANKS is needed...just getting to see your wonderful work is thanks enough for me!!
