In my opinion, the blue is prettier. The red is a wonderful shade, too, but not for liquid, as it's too much like blood.

but thats what makes it so unique... liquid is always a blue tone.. why not make it look like blood. more interesting effect i think

The red is interesting, but i think i'd like it better if all of the liquid were red... Other than that, it's a fascinating picture... makes for an interesting desktop. I like it.
