'Oranjezon' (Orange Sun) is the name for a nature preserve at the Northern part of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands. This nature preserve is a kind of buffer zone between the civilised country and the North Sea. One can walk there for hours without seeing anybody. Nature there is very versatile. My intention is to show you in this series some different aspects of 'Oranjezon', from rough forest to moody sands and dunes. All images of this series are taken in february 2008. Hope you'll enjoy this series.

I find the scene very nice, Cornelius - It would have been still better if there wasn't so much blue in the water and behind the trees.

The light and shadows in this are very nice, Cornelius. The deep blue of the water is what makes this the great shot that it is. Nice work, again.

It's hard to tell where the real leaves off and the reflection begins. Just beautiful C. Excellent work. I'm enjoying this series immensely.

The reflections are outstanding,in the heavenly blue
water, Cornelius!
The shadow / light, on the grass give a nice contrast!
It is a bit pity that the sky is lacking out of color!
Overall, well done!

I love the way we are lead around the corner. The colors are intense and the view is very pretty.

to much blue here Cornelius, the sky is reflecting into the water but isn't that blue as the water is, but the composition is really lovely:))

Wonderful composition and reflections. I also love the shadows that are making stripes across the grass. A little to much blue perhaps for me, but I still think itīs a lovely photo.

I like the effects you used here - while many of your images look like paintings, this one looks, as if you used a very special kind of ink for it.
