Captured this young Zeeland lad in traditional clothes about a year ago at a place in Middelburg, Zeeland, the Netherlands. Of course he's wearing this clothes only at special (folklore/traditional) events. To me he resembles to a certain extent the fairy-tale person Hansje Brinkers (the one who 'saved' Holland from flooding by putting his thumb in a dike). Would therefore give this image the subtitle 'Hansje Brinkers II', lol. Hope you'll enjoy this post. Thank you in advance for any comment.

A cute photo of the youngster, Cornelius. The only difference to the boy Hansje is that this lad is putting his thumb in the mouth :)

I remember that story..you say it's a fairy tale? I thought it was true. LOL. This is an excellent shot of the young lad. A great people shot. Nicely done, Cornelius.

Good photo of a good looking young lad C. It looks like he is getting thumb wettened so it will fit in the hole in dam. I see dad in background is dressed the same. I love people photo's and this is one of them.
