This time no dramatic clouds, but slowly from the sea approaching mist. This scene of the in this mist disappearing ships gave me some melancholic feeling and therefore I decided to captured it. Hope you'll enjoy this scene as well. Thank you in advance for any comment.

Ships that vanish in the mist! Cornelius, I have to hurry and look in the radar, especially as I know how heavy the traffic is in your area :) Nice post my friend.

Een foto zegt meer dan duizend woorden, en dat deze voor jou
'speciaal' is kan ik goed begrijpen, Cornelius!
Very nice shot of the disappearing ships!

The composition here is perfect. Plus the ship [this watercraft type being my passion LOL] is additional merit.
BTW have you heard that my MY shipyard i have worked for over 20 years is going to bankruptcy because of the decision of European Commission ? Am worried really, even if the people working there now are mostly strangers, but the place itself is dear to me ....

Cornelius, this is really a WONDERFUL capture and sure can see why you wanted to take it, just such a soothing scene. Love the texture the foregrounds and the ships in the mist. FABULOUS

A calm and reflective image this time Cornelius. I agree with you about the feeling of melancholy but that's good as we can't have rip-roaring excitement all the time.

I too took some shots the other day for the same reasons C. It just seemed to fit the mood of what I was seeing. You did it better than I. All days are not full of blue skies and fluffy clouds. We need to see the other days as well. Thanks for the reminder.

Wonderful image of these disappearing ships! It has a very relaxing mood to it. I always love your ship / water shots... somehow you manage to really put your heart into the shot!

I think it would have been slightly better with only the background ship, but still, amazing picture.

Oh, this is fabulous! Super details in the foreground with all that mystery going on out at sea. Nice one!
